The Sirman HF100 burger machine is constructed from an anodised aluminium alloy, the burger forming mould is made from stainless steel and the burger machine's feet are rubber to prevent slipping on a table top.
The burger making machine could not be simpler to use, with a lever on the side of the machine that is used to move the burger machine plunger round, down and into the burger mould, pressing the mince meat into the mould. Once this is complete the lever is then lifted back up and the burger is pushed out of the mould by the burger mould bottom plate and is ready for packaging. The burger machine features a handy burger paper holder on its top to allow for convenient and quick papering of the burgers that are produced.Once the formed burger is removed from the burger machine, the metal button on its side is pressed to drop the burger moulds bottom plate back down into the mould.
